Innovative projects will be developed with Zhengzhou University

Yerkin Duisenova with a delegation from Zhengzhou University (China). The parties discussed issues of expanding strategic partnership in the fields of science and education, as well as joint implementation of innovative projects.

During the meeting, Yerkin Duissenov stressed that cooperation with Chinese universities is one of the priorities of the university's international activities. "Today, KazNU is a modern research university that unites faculties, research institutes and research centers. We have become an effective platform for scientific diplomacy, bringing scientists and students of the two countries closer together. As one of the world's leading universities, we are always open to deepening technological and academic cooperation",- said the First Vice–Rector.

During the negotiations, the results of academic mobility programs were highlighted. Students and teachers of KazNU undergo internships at the best universities in China, and Chinese professors regularly give lectures at the university. The experience of the branch of the Northwestern Polytechnic University and the Center for Robotics, which successfully operate on the basis of KazNU, was also discussed.

The parties reviewed plans for the development of joint scientific projects in the field of digital technologies, the creation of international laboratories and the strengthening of innovation infrastructure. In turn, representatives of Zhengzhou University expressed their willingness to jointly implement educational programs and bring academic exchange to a new level.

At the end of the meeting, the parties agreed to further strengthen the mutually beneficial partnership aimed at increasing the scientific potential of the two countries.
