Priority is given to technology and digital solutions

Zhanseit Tuimebayev, Chairman of the Management Board and Rector of Al–Farabi Kazakh National University, met with Fan Zhengji, President of Dongfang Electronics Corporation.

The parties discussed issues of strengthening partnerships. The meeting was also attended by Asset Yelchibayev, Head of Dostyk Energy JSC, and representatives of Dongfang Electronics Corporation.

During the negotiations between KazNU, Dostyk Energy JSC and Dongfang Electronics Corporation, a trilateral memorandum of cooperation was signed. The document provides for strengthening the integration of education and production, as well as the joint implementation of research projects. In addition, this partnership opens up new opportunities for the exchange of experience, the training of qualified specialists and the launch of joint international-level programs.

Rector of the University Zhanseit Tuimebayev noted that KazNU always pays priority attention to the development of international cooperation and integration of education, science and production. "Today's meeting is of special and strategic importance for our university. The established ties with Dongfang Electronics Corporation are a prime example of a mutually beneficial partnership. The scientific potential of KazNU and the company's production experience, in my opinion, will open up new opportunities",- said the rector.

In turn, Fang Zhengji noted: "KazNU's high achievements in the field of education and science, as well as its international reputation, make a great impression on us. Dongfang Electronics Corporation considers innovation and technological development as key priorities. In this regard, we attach great importance to establishing close ties with the academic environment and integrating scientific research into production. Partnership with KazNU will be an important step towards achieving these goals".
