Topical issues of medicine were discussed

The IV International scientific and practical conference "Healthy generation - the future of Kazakhstan" was held at the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

The event was organized jointly with the Public Health Department of Almaty, the Center for Perinatology and Pediatric Cardiac Surgery, the Medical Society of Neonatologists and Pediatric Medicine Specialists, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, the Kazakh National Medical University named after S.Zh.Asfendiyarov, as well as the Kazakh-Russian Medical University.

The event was opened by Gulnar Nurlanova, Director of the Center for Perinatology and Pediatric Cardiac Surgery. In her speech, she noted that the preservation of maternal and child health is one of the priorities of state policy, and also stressed the importance of such scientific platforms for the exchange of experience and professional development.

"Raising a healthy generation is a strategically important task for the future of the country. The effectiveness of the work carried out in this area directly depends on the knowledge and experience of doctors, scientific research and the introduction of innovative approaches. International conferences of this level contribute to the development of medical science and practice, as well as make a significant contribution to the professional development of specialists",- Gulnar Nurlanova said.

During the conference, leading experts presented their reports, talked about advanced methods and new technologies used in clinical practice.

During the conference, issues of maternal and child health protection, healthy lifestyle formation, as well as modern methods in neonatology and achievements in pediatric cardiac surgery were widely discussed. The participants discussed innovative technologies in medicine and effective practices, exchanged opinions and experiences. In addition, sections were organized for young scientists and residents, during which their scientific work was discussed.
