SDG №4, 10 : A seminar-training was held on the topic: «Everyone matters»

A seminar-training was held at Al-Farabi University as part of the project “Every Person Matters,” aimed at creating an inclusive environment. The project is implemented with the support of the Youth Policy Department of Almaty. The seminar was organized by Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. A significant contribution to the event was made by the Scientific and Practical Center “Inclusive Environment” at the university, which actively supported both the organizational and content aspects of the meeting.

The seminar was conducted by Zhazira Mulkibekova, a Candidate for Master of Sports in paracycling and a Master of Sports in para archery. It was a motivational meeting where students received life advice and heard inspiring and encouraging messages.

During the event, the speaker shared her personal story, spoke about the challenges she faced on her path to success, and emphasized the importance of not giving up in the face of life’s difficulties. Special attention was given to the strength of spirit, self-confidence, and the pursuit of self-realization regardless of circumstances.

Participants actively asked questions, shared their thoughts, and received valuable recommendations on personal development and achieving their goals. The meeting was held in a warm and friendly atmosphere, leaving students with positive emotions and inspiration for further growth.

Such events play an important role in shaping a tolerant society, promoting inclusive thinking, and strengthening the values of mutual respect and support among young people.
